Mr Sathiah is the Managing Partner of SM Associates (Chartered Accountants). He is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in Public Practice. He has vast and varied experience in accountancy, auditing, taxation & corporate secretarial matters involving SMEs & SMIs.

Mr. Kumar is a Consultant in the Audit & Assurance practice. He advise the Assurance Unit and is in charge of quality maintenance of audit assignments. He is also involved in the Advisory services.

Mr. Kumar has vast experience in the professional and commercial sectors, both in the UK and Malaysia. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK and is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.

Mr. Thamo is the Partner in charge of the Kuala Lumpur practice. A graduate of University Utara Malaysia (UUM), he has over 14 years of experience in the audit and tax sectors, managing a diversified portfolio of clients across various industries. He leads the Assurance and Tax Units and oversees the operations of both divisions.
Furthermore, Mr Thamo has gained significant experience in the professional practice and commercial sectors. He is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holding an audit license since December 2024.
Mr. Geedhesh is the Manager in charge of the Johor Bahru practice. He is a graduate from University of London (External)
and has more than 12 years experience in the field of corporate secretarial covering a diversified portfolio of clients.
He heads the Corporate Secretarial Units and is in charge of quality maintenance of secretarial documents and registers.
As a law graduate, he understands the requirement of the Companies Act 2016 and related law matters better in discharging his duties on the management of local companies.

Mr. Geedhesh has broad knowledge in the professional and commercial sectors. He is a Licensed Secretary issued by the companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). He is currently pursuing MAICSA qualifications and at the final stage of completion.

Pn. Hayati is the Asst. Manager in charge of the Johor Bahru practice. She is a graduate from University Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and has more than 9 years experience in the field of tax covering a wide range of clients and customers. She heads the Tax Unit and is in charge of quality deliverance of tax engagements.

Pn. Hayati has gained sufficient experience in the public practice sector. She is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She is also an Approved Tax Agent under
Section 153 (3) of the Income Tax Act 1967.
Ms. Cheryl holds the position of Assistant Manager, where she oversees the Audit Department at our Johor Bahru practice. With a strong academic foundation as an ACCA graduate, she has accumulated over 9 years of valuable experience in the audit field. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide variety of clients and customers, allowing her to gain a comprehensive understanding of their diverse needs.
In addition to her extensive practical experience, Ms. Cheryl possesses a solid background in the public practice sector. She is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, further exemplifying her commitment to high standards in her professional practice.

Mr Sam is the Manager in charge of the Puchong practice. He is a graduate from University of Malaya (UM) and has more than 22 years of experience in the field of audit covering a wide range of clients and customers. He was the audit manager in a public practice firm for more than 15 years in charge of quality deliverance of audit engagements.
